Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a lively, persistent mousse, this Brut immediately shows its classic personality. On the palate, it is clean and focused, with bright acidity, a fine mineral backbone, and a dry, precise finish. Production
Produced in Piedmont under the Alta Langa designation, this sparkling wine comes from a cool-climate terroir well suited to Pinot Noir and traditional-method sparkling production. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested to preserve freshness and acidity, then vinified using secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by time on the lees to build texture, complexity, and its signature bready character.

Food & Serving
An excellent aperitif, this wine also pairs beautifully with oysters, cured meats, fried seafood, soft cheeses, and light risottos. Serve chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve the wine’s fine mousse and freshness.
