Tasting Notes
The wine shows a clear straw-yellow colour in the glass. On the palate, it is soft and pleasingly fresh, with a gentle, creamy texture and a long, harmonious finish. Production
Produced in the Franciacorta region of northern Italy, this Satèn undergoes fermentation for 20 days in stainless-steel tanks, followed by partial malolactic fermentation. The wine then spends an initial seven months maturing partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques before completing a further 30–36 months on its lees, contributing texture, savoury depth and delicate pastry notes. Specific grape varieties and vineyard sites are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its freshness and soft mousse pair beautifully with seafood, shellfish, delicate fish dishes, sushi, creamy risottos and light poultry preparations, while the bread-crust and dried-fruit notes also complement mild mature cheeses. Decanting is not recommended; serve directly from a properly chilled bottle and pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
