Bright and refined in the glass, this Brut shows a fine, persistent mousse and a polished pale straw color with hints of golden reflections. The nose is expressive yet composed, offering notes of citrus, white flowers, fresh orchard fruit, and delicate pastry nuances. On the palate it is vibrant and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, a creamy texture, and layers of green apple, lemon zest, ripe pear, and subtle toast. The finish is clean and refreshing, with enough structure to hold well in bottle for a few years and develop added complexity over time, especially in magnum.

Produced in Franciacorta, in Lombardy, where glacial soils and a temperate climate create ideal conditions for elegant sparkling wines, this cuvée blends the region’s classic trio of grapes. The grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then vinified with careful attention to preserve freshness and aromatic precision, followed by traditional bottle fermentation to build finesse and depth.
