Production
The wine comes from the steep granite terrasses of Condrieu, where the poor, well-drained soils and warm climate are especially suited to Viognier. Grapes are typically harvested by hand due to the demanding terrain, and vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving freshness, aromatic purity, and the grape’s naturally expressive character.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roasted poultry, lobster, scallops, creamy seafood dishes, mushroom risotto, and aged soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help if enjoyed very young.
