Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, clean pale straw color with a lively sheen. The nose is refined and expressive, offering fresh citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit, and a subtle savory mineral edge that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, the wine is elegant yet structured, with crisp acidity, a polished texture, and a layered, harmonious profile. The long, cool fermentation and aging on fine lees add depth and finesse, while the absence of malolactic fermentation preserves tension and freshness. Production
The grapes come from the hills of Marche, where the combination of strong day-to-night temperature variation and calcareous clay soils provides ideal conditions for Verdicchio. The vineyard is farmed organically, and harvest is carried out by hand in the second half of September, with only the best and ripest clusters carefully selected and placed in small boxes. In the cellar, the fruit is gently pressed and vinified through a slow, low-temperature fermentation without malolactic conversion, followed by at least four months of maturation on fine lees in stainless steel and an additional period of bottle refinement.

This wine is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, risotto, light pasta dishes, and white meats, as well as vegetable-based Mediterranean cuisine. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; a brief rest in the glass is enough to let its aromas open up.
