Production
This rosé sparkling wine comes from Piemonte, with grapes sourced from the Langhe Astigiane, an area well suited to Pinot Noir thanks to its cool climate and expressive terroir. The fruit is harvested by hand in small boxes and pressed immediately in the cellar to preserve purity and freshness. Its delicate color is obtained through a short maceration of whole clusters, followed by slow pressing, allowing the wine to retain both elegance and aromatic detail.
