Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Pinot Noir typically shows a vibrant ruby colour with elegant clarity. The nose is layered with red cherry, plum and dark berry notes, lifted by savoury spice, dried herbs and a subtle earthy edge. The palate is poised and finely textured, balancing ripe fruit with fresh acidity and polished tannins.
