The vineyards are rooted in classic Rhône terroirs of sand, clay and galets roulés (rounded stones), which promote excellent drainage and encourage deep root systems. Grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness to preserve aromatic intensity and selection quality. In the cellar, vinification is traditional yet precise: the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to retain fresh fruit character, with gentle extraction of colour and tannins. Aging usually takes place in a mix of concrete or stainless steel (and occasionally large older oak), allowing the wine’s natural purity and regional character to shine without heavy oak influence.
