The wine shows a pale, delicate pink hue that immediately signals refinement. On the nose, it is aromatic and lifted, with notes of citrus, white flowers, ripe peach, and a subtle saline mineral edge that reflects its maritime origins. The palate is precise and graceful, opening with clean freshness before unfolding into delicate red berry fruit and a refined, almost sea-sprayed salinity. The blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Grenache is well suited to this terroir, bringing together freshness, aromatic lift, and texture. Harvested with care to preserve delicacy and purity, the grapes are vinified to emphasize elegance, precision, and the distinctive mineral salinity that marks the estate’s most coastal rosé.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile and food-friendly rosé that works beautifully as an aperitif, but it truly shines alongside oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, and classic Mediterranean dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
