Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color that hints at its concentration and maturity. The bouquet opens with red berries and ripe cherry, layered with warm spice and a subtle touch of vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, soft, and velvety, with a well-balanced interplay of lively acidity and fine tannins. The finish is composed and lingering, and while it is already expressive, it should continue to evolve gracefully with further bottle age.
