The estate is known for careful parcel selection and precise vineyard management, with harvesting typically done by hand to ensure fruit quality. Vinification is carried out with the aim of preserving purity, structure, and aromatic detail, followed by aging in oak to build complexity and polish.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, grilled entrecôte, or game dishes such as venison. It also pairs well with aged hard cheeses and truffle-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for one to two hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully.
