Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass to allow the wine’s aromas to develop. It should pair naturally with oysters, shellfish, delicate fish dishes, poultry and mild creamy cheeses. Decanting is generally unnecessary, although a brief period in the glass can help reveal additional complexity.
