Production
The Chibet vineyards are situated in a gently hilly natural setting surrounded by pine trees, woodland and vines. The 38 hectares of vineyards form part of a larger 130-hectare estate and benefit from gravelly soils, which provide excellent drainage, as well as a favourable exposure to the sun. The vineyards are managed by the Vignerons d’Ambrosia cooperative, which has been active in the area since the 1930s. Specific harvesting and vinification details are not provided, but the resulting wine is noted for its quality and notably refreshing style.

Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Chibet Grande Réserve Chardonnay is a versatile choice with grilled fish, shellfish, fresh salads, light pasta dishes and poultry, as well as mild cheeses.
