The blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc brings both richness and freshness, and the fruit is typically harvested in multiple passes to pick only the perfectly botrytized berries. Vinification is carried out with careful precision to preserve aromatic intensity, balance and the signature style of the estate.

Serve this wine well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to keep its freshness in balance with the sweetness.
