Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in colour, the 2019 shows an expressive nose of wild red berries, raspberry and cherry, complemented by dried herbs, gentle spice and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with vibrant fruit, supple tannins and a fresh, savoury finish. The wine’s balance makes it approachable now, while its freshness and structure should allow it to develop additional complexity over the next several years. Expect the fruit to gradually give way to more pronounced herbal, earthy and gently spicy nuances with bottle age.

Production
The wine reflects the warm, Mediterranean conditions of the southern Rhône, where abundant sunshine is moderated by cooling influences such as the Mistral. Produced in the traditional Rhône manner, it is based on red varieties typical of the region and emphasises freshness, fragrance and texture. The exact blend and cellar details may vary by release, but the style is characteristically restrained, with careful vinification and maturation designed to preserve the purity of the fruit.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly cool, at around 15–16°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not essential for a young 2019, although 30 minutes of aeration can help open the aromas; older bottles should be handled gently and decanted only if sediment is present.
