Made from a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Cinsault, it is a wine of patience and provenance, released directly from the producer’s cellar after extended aging to showcase it at full maturity.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, mature red hue with subtle signs of evolution at the rim. The nose is layered and expressive, unfolding with ripe dark fruit, warm spice, tobacco, and earthy undertones, all framed by the graceful complexity that comes with long cellar time. The palate is full-bodied yet beautifully balanced, with refreshing acidity, softened tannins, and a refined, lingering finish. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting if opening a younger bottle from the same cuvée, though this mature release can often be poured and enjoyed after a brief rest in the glass.
