Tasting Notes
In the glass, the 2022 vintage shows a deep, насыщенный dark ruby color that hints at its intensity. The nose is layered and expressive, offering blackcurrant, blackberry, graphite, cedar, tobacco and subtle floral and spice notes, all framed by a distinctly Pauillac mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with concentrated dark fruit, a fine saline freshness and polished, silk-like tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon provides backbone and depth, while Merlot adds roundness and Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot contribute aromatic lift and complexity. This is a wine built for the long haul and should evolve gracefully over several decades.

Production
The grapes come from the gravelly soils of Pauillac, where the estate’s terroir is especially well suited to Cabernet Sauvignon and the creation of wines with power, precision and longevity.
