Château Latour Martillac 2023 is an elegant white wine from Pessac-Léognan, a Bordeaux appellation renowned for refined, mineral-driven whites. Produced by the Kressmann family, it combines ripe fruit, subtle oak and classic Graves character in a fresh, layered style.

Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting, the wine opens with aromas of citrus, white peach and delicate floral tones. On the palate, it is fresh and beautifully layered, with ripe fruit, a refined note of oak and a long, mineral finish. Its balance and structure give it the potential to develop added complexity over the next few years, while remaining highly appealing in its youth.

Production
The vineyards are located in Martillac, south of Bordeaux, on the classic gravelly Graves soils characteristic of Pessac-Léognan. Fermentation takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel, combining textural richness with freshness and precision. The wine is then matured on its lees with regular bâtonnage, adding depth, structure and complexity.

Food & Serving
A versatile choice for seafood and shellfish salads, grilled fish, veal and refined dishes served with creamy sauces. Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, although a brief period of aeration in the glass can help reveal its floral, fruity and mineral nuances.
