Château Hyot Côtes de Castillon 2018 is a rich, full-bodied red from Bordeaux, defined by its intense dark-fruit character and polished oak influence. Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, allowing for careful selection in the vineyard. Following vinification, the wine is matured for 12 to 24 months in barriques, where the oak contributes its characteristic vanilla notes while helping to soften and integrate the tannins.
