On the palate, this is a full-bodied and generous wine, with rich flavours of fruit preserve layered over a refined frame. It stands out for its harmony, purity, and balance, with enough structure to develop beautifully over the next 8–12 years, and likely longer in a well-kept cellar.

Sourced from Saint-Émilion’s gravelly and clay-limestone terroirs, the wine is crafted to express Bordeaux precision and depth. The blend is dominated by Merlot, supported by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with careful vinification designed to preserve freshness and fruit definition before 18 months of ageing in barriques, 70% new and 30% one-year-old.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for about 1 hour if drinking young to allow the aromas and texture to open fully.
