Tasting Notes

The palate is full-bodied and juicy, combining ripe dark fruit with solid concentration, polished tannins and a long, mineral finish. It feels structured and balanced rather than heavy, and while already generous, it has the substance to develop beautifully over time.

Produced in Saint-Estèphe in Bordeaux, this wine draws on gravel-rich soils that naturally encourage structure, freshness and persistence in the finished wine. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot is matured in oak barrels to help integrate the tannins and add finesse, resulting in a wine that balances regional power with refinement.

This is an excellent match for roast lamb, grilled ribeye, duck breast, game dishes and rich mushroom-based recipes. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
