The palate is opulent and powerful, yet never heavy, with remarkable fruit concentration and a velvety texture. Perfectly ripe tannins provide structure and refinement, while fresh acidity keeps the wine vibrant and balanced. Layers of dark fruit, spice and gentle roasted tones lead into a long, warming finish marked by espresso and dark chocolate. Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for côte de boeuf, slow-roasted lamb, game dishes or a creamy mushroom risotto. Serve at around 16–18°C to bring out its aromatic richness and polished texture. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if opening now, especially to allow the wine’s deeper layers and youthful structure to fully open.
