Château Favori Favori La Petite Favorite 2025 is a refined Provence rosé that captures the region’s signature elegance, freshness and effortless charm. Its pale salmon colour, lively fruit and crisp, balanced style make it equally appealing as an aperitif or alongside a relaxed summer meal.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate, clear salmon-pink hue. Its youthful nose is fresh and inviting, combining aromas of redcurrants, citrus and lemongrass with subtle hints of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is light and elegant, with juicy red-fruit flavours and bright citrus notes supported by a fine structure and refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, energetic and pleasantly light, inviting another sip. This is a rosé designed to be enjoyed in its youth, when its vibrant fruit and freshness are at their most expressive. It is best consumed within the first few years of the vintage.

Production
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their natural freshness and delicate aromas during the journey from vineyard to cellar. A cool fermentation follows, helping to retain the wine’s clean, expressive fruit character and crisp, refreshing profile. The result is a polished rosé in a light and elegant Provence style.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Favori La Petite Favorite is excellent as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with charcuterie, fresh cheeses, shellfish and seafood, as well as salads and other light summer dishes. Decanting is not recommended; simply open, chill and serve, or use a wine cooler to maintain its freshness.
