Tasting Notes
In the glass, this vintage shows a deep ruby colour with inviting brightness. The nose opens with ripe raspberry, red currant, and a touch of vanilla, creating a fresh yet polished aromatic profile. On the palate, it is supple and very pleasant, with generous fruit and elegant tannins that give the wine a refined frame. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure and length, while the Merlot adds softness and roundness. It can be enjoyed in its youth for its fruit and charm, but it should also develop nicely over the next several years.

Production
The grapes come from Pauillac in Bordeaux, a renowned terroir known for gravelly soils and excellent conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand between late September and early October, allowing for careful selection of the fruit at optimal ripeness. The blend is then vinified to preserve freshness, balance, and the elegance of the varietal expression.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, duck breast, or mushroom-based dishes, as well as hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16-18°C. Decanting for about 30-60 minutes is recommended if drinking it young, to help the aromas open and the tannins soften.
