Production
The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards around La Motte in Provence, in the inland area behind the Côte d’Azur, where warm days and cooling influences help preserve aromatic freshness. Fruit is harvested in the early morning and rigorously sorted, including optical sorting and additional manual selection, to ensure only the best berries are used. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a short skin contact and the use of free-run juice from the saignée method to achieve the wine’s signature pale color and delicate profile.

This rosé is a natural match for Mediterranean cuisine, grilled seafood, sushi, summer salads, light pasta dishes, and fresh goat cheese. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary—simply open and enjoy.
