Tasting Notes
In the glass, Whispering Angel shows a delicate pale pink hue that signals its refined Provençal style. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, citrus zest, and white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, silky, and beautifully balanced, with a lively mineral edge and a crisp, refreshing finish. Its charm is immediate, but the wine also has the poise to hold its appeal over the short to medium term, best enjoyed while its youthful freshness is at its peak.

Production
The grapes come from selected vineyards around La Motte in the heart of Provence, where the inland Côte d’Azur terroir contributes freshness and finesse. Fruit is harvested in the cool morning hours and undergoes strict selection, including optical sorting and further manual sorting to ensure only the best grapes are used. Winemaking combines free-run juice obtained through the saignée method with lightly pressed juice, keeping skin contact very brief to preserve the wine’s pale color and delicate profile. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to lock in purity, freshness, and aromatic precision.

Food & Serving
This rosé is a natural match for Mediterranean cuisine, fresh salads, grilled seafood, sushi, and light poultry dishes, as well as goat cheese and Provençal starters. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
