Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass, Rock Angel shows the classic rose-petal hue of top Provence rosé. The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of blossoms, red summer berries, wild strawberries, peach, and melon. On the palate, it brings plenty of juicy berry fruit, a touch of spice, and a subtle mineral edge, all lifted by crisp citrus-driven acidity. The wine has impressive weight for a rosé, a fine silky texture, and a long, refreshing finish. While delicious now, its structure and concentration should allow it to develop nicely over the next couple of years.

Production
The grapes are sourced from vineyards around La Motte in the Côte d'Azur hinterland, where Provence's warm climate and well-suited soils help produce ripe yet fresh fruit. Harvesting takes place in the early morning to preserve aromatic intensity and natural freshness, and only the best fruit is selected through careful optical and manual sorting. Vinification is done in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a combination of lightly pressed grapes and free-run juice obtained through saignée, keeping skin contact brief to achieve the wine's pale color and delicate style.

Food & Serving
Rock Angel Rosé is a versatile food wine that pairs well with seafood, grilled prawns, Mediterranean salads, sushi, sashimi, goat cheese, and lightly seasoned poultry. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C. Decanting is not necessary, but opening the bottle a few minutes before serving can help the wine show its full aromatic range.
