The wine shows a deep, dark red colour with attractive crimson reflections. Refined red-fruit flavours return on the finish, supported by gentle oak and good length. Production
The Château de Rochemorin vineyards lie on an elevated site in Martillac, within Pessac-Léognan, where a notable diversity of soils and terroirs contributes both mineral character and elegance. The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks equipped with a patented system designed to break down the cap of grape skins and encourage gentle extraction. The wine is then matured for 12 months in oak barrels, 30–40% of which are new, adding discreet toast and vanilla nuances while preserving its fruit-driven character.

Food & Serving
A versatile partner for richly flavoured yet refined dishes, this Bordeaux red is particularly well suited to rabbit with mustard, roasted quail and duck confit. Serve at approximately 16–18°C. It can be enjoyed immediately after a short period of aeration, while decanting for around 30–60 minutes is recommended if serving it now or with a more mature bottle.
