Tasting Notes
In the glass, this rosé shows a very pale, almost translucent pink hue with subtle orange reflections. The nose is delicate and inviting, opening with rose petals, grapefruit, lemon zest, and a touch of candied red berries, followed by hints of peach and spice. The palate is bright and lively, with a silky, slightly creamy texture that adds depth to its freshness. Flavours of citrus, peach, and apricot are lifted by a gentle mineral and spicy edge, leading to a long, smooth finish. While already highly enjoyable for its vivid fruit and finesse, it also has the balance to hold its character well over the near term.

Production
Made from a classic Provence blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, the wine comes from vineyards that benefit from the warm Mediterranean climate and abundant sunshine of the region. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve aromatic purity and freshness, then gently pressed after a short maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in concrete tanks, helping retain the wine’s fruit expression, delicacy, and mineral precision.

Château de Pampelonne Rosé 2025 is an excellent aperitif and pairs naturally with seafood, fish, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C to best highlight its vibrancy and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary; simply pour and enjoy fresh.
