Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clean, pale straw colour with a youthful brightness. The nose opens with ripe pear and peach, lifted by subtle citrus and a light hint of oak spice from partial barrel ageing. The palate is supple and crisp, with juicy orchard fruit at the centre and a refreshing line of acidity that keeps everything nicely focused. The finish is clean and polished, making it an easy-drinking Chardonnay with enough structure to stay appealing over the next 2–4 years.

Production
This Chardonnay comes from the cooler, higher valleys of Languedoc, where slower ripening helps preserve freshness and natural acidity. The style is inspired by the refined white wines of Burgundy’s Mâconnais, and vinification includes only 10–20% ageing in oak barrels depending on the vintage, preserving the wine’s fruit-driven character while adding a soft layer of texture.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy pasta, seafood risotto, or a simple goat’s cheese salad. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
