Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, vibrant red colour, hinting at both freshness and concentration. The nose is charmingly wild and expressive, with notes of blackberry, blueberry, orange zest, pomegranate, pencil shavings and grilled green herbs. The palate brings plenty of red fruit, along with a firm dryness and an angular, tightly woven structure that gives the wine impressive personality. It is funky, elegant and a little untamed in the best possible way, with the concentration and balance to age well over the next several years.

Production
The grapes come from vines up to 50 years old, giving the wine depth and complexity from the outset. While detailed terroir information is limited, the style clearly reflects careful farming and a hands-off, natural approach in the cellar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 21 months in large concrete eggs, a method that helps preserve purity, freshness and texture without adding oak influence.

Food & Serving
This is a great match for grilled lamb, duck, roast chicken, mushroom dishes or hearty vegetarian plates with herbs and smoke. Serve it slightly cool, around 16–18°C, to keep the freshness vivid and the aromas lifted. Decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoyed young, to let the wine open up fully.
