Divin de Corbin is the second wine of Château Corbin, a respected Saint-Émilion estate whose origins date back several centuries. The 2018 vintage benefits from an exceptionally warm, sunny growing season, delivering an approachable Bordeaux red with the elegance and character associated with its prestigious Right Bank appellation.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-red in the glass, this Saint-Émilion red opens with inviting aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum, complemented by hints of violet, spice and subtle oak. The palate is smooth and generous, combining fleshy dark-fruit flavours with supple tannins, balanced freshness and a gently savoury finish. Enjoyable in its youth for its polished fruit and accessible texture, Divin de Corbin can also develop added complexity over the next several years when properly stored.

Production
Produced in Saint-Émilion on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, the wine reflects the area’s varied clay- and limestone-influenced terroirs, which help provide both richness and freshness. As Château Corbin’s second wine, it is made to express the estate’s character in a more approachable style, with careful grape selection and traditional Bordeaux vinification followed by maturation designed to preserve the wine’s fruit, balance and supple structure.

Food & Serving
Serve at 16–18°C, allowing the wine to show its perfume without losing freshness. It pairs particularly well with roast lamb, grilled or braised beef, duck, mushroom dishes and mature hard cheeses. Decanting is not essential for this accessible 2018, though 30–45 minutes in a decanter can help open the aromas and soften the wine further.
