Production
The wine is made from white grapes cultivated in carefully selected parcels associated with Château Cheval Blanc’s white-wine programme, where well-drained soils help preserve freshness and encourage aromatic clarity. The fruit is harvested selectively at optimum ripeness, then gently pressed and fermented with a focus on retaining purity and natural acidity. A period of maturation in a combination of vessels, including oak, adds texture and subtle complexity without overwhelming the wine’s fresh, vibrant character.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 10–12°C. Le Petit Cheval Blanc pairs beautifully with oysters, scallops, grilled prawns, sushi and delicate white fish, as well as poultry with cream or citrus-based sauces. It also works well with goat’s cheese and lightly dressed summer salads. Decanting is not essential, although a brief 15–20 minutes in a carafe can help reveal its full aromatic expression.
