Produced from white grapes grown on carefully selected parcels associated with Château Cheval Blanc, the wine reflects Bordeaux’s gravelly and clay-influenced terroir, which contributes both drainage and freshness. The fruit is harvested with precision to preserve its aromatic character and acidity, then gently pressed and vinified with close attention to texture and balance. Maturation in a combination of vessels, including oak, helps add subtle breadth without overshadowing the wine’s purity and natural freshness.
