Château Bonnet Oh Oui! is a refined, alcohol-free sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from the heart of Entre-deux-Mers in Bordeaux. Fresh, elegant and gently effervescent, it reflects Château Bonnet’s commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility and quality while offering a sophisticated alternative to traditional sparkling wine. The historic estate has been owned by the Lurton family since 1897.

Tasting Notes
Clear and pale yellow in appearance, Oh Oui! opens with fresh aromas of nectarine and delicate flowers. Fine bubbles lift the wine’s bright, fruity character and add an appealing sense of freshness. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a pleasing balance between gentle sweetness and lively acidity. The finish is clean and elegant, making it particularly enjoyable when served young and well chilled.

Production
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully selected at Château Bonnet and gently cold-pressed to preserve their natural aromas and freshness. The juice undergoes a slow pasteurisation process: it is first warmed to 35°C, gradually raised to 72°C to eliminate yeast and unwanted microorganisms, and then slowly cooled back to 35°C. The complete process takes around 90 minutes and is designed to protect the wine’s flavour and aromatic character. Carbon dioxide is added at bottling to create its fine sparkle.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C as an aperitif or alongside fresh seafood, sushi, salads, soft cheeses and light fruit-based desserts. Its gentle sweetness and lively acidity also make it a refreshing choice for brunch or festive non-alcoholic occasions. Decanting is not recommended; simply chill the bottle and pour carefully to preserve the bubbles.

Château Bonnet is a historic family estate situated in Entre-deux-Mers and has been part of the Lurton family since 1897. Covering 201 hectares of vineyards, the property is known for expressive white wines with citrus and exotic-fruit notes, as well as soft, fruit-driven reds. Sustainability plays a central role at the estate, with initiatives including biocontrol, beehives and biodiversity projects. Château Bonnet combines generations of Bordeaux winemaking tradition with modern innovation, exemplified by the Oh Oui! alcohol-free range.
