Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow in appearance, this wine opens with typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of flowers, melon and strawberry tree fruit, complemented by fresh nectarine and pear. The palate is full and rounded, with a generous fruit profile balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, easy-drinking finish. Designed for enjoyment in its youth, Oh Oui! is best appreciated for its vibrant fruit and freshness rather than extended cellaring. Serve well chilled to preserve its aromatic lift and lively character.

Production
The grapes are carefully selected at Château Bonnet in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers and cold-pressed to preserve their delicate aromas and fresh fruit character. The resulting juice undergoes a carefully controlled, slow pasteurisation process: it is first warmed to 35°C, gradually heated to 72°C to eliminate yeast and unwanted microorganisms, and then slowly cooled back to 35°C. The 90-minute process is designed to protect the wine’s flavour and aromatic expression while creating an alcohol-free style.

Enjoy Château Bonnet Oh Oui! Sauvignon Blanc with fresh seafood, oysters, sushi, grilled fish, salads, goat’s cheese and light vegetable dishes. Its fruity freshness also makes it a versatile aperitif. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; open shortly before serving and enjoy while fresh.
