Made from Chardonnay grown in Washington State, Eve is vinified to preserve both its creamy mouthfeel and refreshing character. Charles Smith chooses not to use batonnage for his white wines, instead focusing on careful vinification and filtration for stability. The result is a polished Chardonnay that combines rich, smooth texture with mineral freshness.

Food & Serving
Enjoy Eve Chardonnay with roast chicken, grilled prawns, seared scallops, creamy pasta dishes or mild, soft cheeses. Its citrus freshness also works well with lightly spiced Asian cuisine and salads featuring apple or pear. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, although allowing the wine to breathe briefly in the glass can reveal more of its creamy fruit and mineral character.
