Christophe Chapillon, born and raised in Tours in the Loire Valley, grew up in a winegrowing family and launched his own project in 2006 in Aragón rather than in his native France. Working with the support of César Langa, one of the region’s best-known producers, Chapillon creates wines from both indigenous and internationally recognized grape varieties, giving him the flexibility to craft a wide range of styles.
