Made exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, it offers impressive depth, precision, and a distinctly pure expression of Champagne’s finest sites.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is lifted and expressive, with aromas of wild red berries such as raspberry and strawberry, layered with subtle floral notes and a refined mineral edge. The palate is fresh, precise, and beautifully balanced, combining ripe red fruit with lively acidity and a focused, saline finish that adds length and energy. Thanks to the concentration of the 2021 vintage and the wine’s structure, it should also develop gracefully over the coming years.

Production
Shaman 21 Rosé comes from Grand Cru parcels in Ambonnay, one of Champagne’s most esteemed terroirs, known for producing wines with both power and finesse. The wine is biodynamically farmed and produced with a minimal-intervention philosophy, allowing the character of the vineyards and the vintage to shine through. The 2021 harvest yielded low quantities but exceptional concentration and freshness, resulting in a wine of striking clarity and precision.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent choice as an aperitif, but it also pairs wonderfully with salmon, tuna tartare, poultry dishes, and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to preserve its freshness and finesse, and decanting is not recommended.
