Tasting Notes
The wine displays a crystal-clear, luminous copper-pink hue, revealing the complexity gained through extended cellar ageing. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe summer fruits complemented by a subtle spicy nuance. The palate is generous and full-bodied, yet carried by persistent freshness and a beautifully defined mineral finish. Its balance and structure make it enjoyable now, while the vintage character and extended maturation give it the potential to develop further in the bottle over the coming years.

Production
Gosset selects grapes from leading Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the Marne, with an average classification of around 95% on the official Échelle des Crus scale. The fruit is harvested with care and the wines are made without malolactic fermentation, preserving the natural malic acidity, bright fruit character and freshness for which the house is known. Celebris Rosé is matured for at least six years in the cellars before disgorgement; the supplied cuvée information indicates a dosage of 6.5 grams per litre.

Food & Serving
An elegant aperitif, this rosé Champagne also pairs beautifully with delicate yet flavourful dishes such as wild mushrooms, foie gras, poultry and lobster. Its fruit-driven freshness makes it a refined partner for desserts and salads featuring strawberries or citrus fruits. Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not essential, but a brief pour into a Champagne decanter or broad white-wine glasses can help reveal its mature aromas and mineral complexity.

Producer
Founded in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, a councillor of Aÿ and vine grower, Gosset began by producing still red wines from its own vineyards. As sparkling wine production developed in and around Aÿ during the eighteenth century, the house evolved with the region while retaining its focus on freshness and fruit purity. Today, Champagne Gosset is recognised as one of the historic names of Champagne, combining long-established cellar traditions with carefully selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru fruit.
