Crafted from fruit sourced across the region’s finest parcels, it delivers the house’s signature freshness, complexity, and a distinctive salmon-pink hue.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Champagne shows a delicate salmon color with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose opens with inviting aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and a touch of vanilla, giving way to a fresh, lifted profile on the palate. The mouthfeel is crisp and precise, with citrus notes leading the way and a subtle backdrop of small red berries adding finesse and length. Its balance of freshness and complexity makes it a Champagne that can be enjoyed now, while still having the structure to evolve gracefully over time.

Production
Celebris Rosé Brut 2008 is made from grapes grown in 10 villages across some of Champagne’s best vineyard parcels, with a blend of 59% Chardonnay and 41% Pinot Noir. To achieve the elegant rosé color, 7% red wine was added, a permitted method in Champagne for rosé production. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving maximum freshness and tension in the final blend.

Food & Serving
This elegant rosé Champagne pairs especially well with fish dishes, particularly refined preparations of salmon, tuna, or shellfish. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve its lively mousse and freshness.
