Description

Champagne Baron Albert Brut La Particulière is a refined and accessible expression of classic Champagne, offering impressive quality at a price point that makes it easy to enjoy more often. Made by one of the few remaining family-run Champagne houses, it reflects generations of careful craft, tradition, and a commitment to balance and value.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, La Particulière shows a fine, creamy mousse and a lively, refreshing profile. The aroma opens with crisp apple, lemon, and ripe peach, followed by subtle layers of brioche and biscuit that bring a classic Champagne character. On the palate, it is fresh, well-rounded, and elegantly textured, with bright acidity giving the wine lift and energy. The fruit and pastry notes are well integrated, making it both easy to appreciate now and suitable for short-term cellaring, though it is designed to be enjoyed while youthful and vibrant.

Production
La Particulière is a blend of 46% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir, and 23% Pinot Meunier, sourced from seven villages in the Val-de-Marne. This diversity of sites contributes to the wine’s balance, complexity, and approachable style, with the blend crafted to highlight both freshness and creamy richness. Baron Albert’s approach remains rooted in careful vineyard selection and traditional Champagne winemaking, preserving the house style across generations.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is an excellent match for aperitifs, shellfish, oysters, sushi, and light seafood dishes, as well as creamy poultry or soft cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy to preserve its freshness and mousse.

Producer
Champagne Baron Albert is one of the few remaining Champagne houses still owned and run by the original family. Over several generations, the family has steadily expanded its range while maintaining a respectful, uncompromising approach to quality, earning a reputation for delivering well-made Champagne with strong value and a clear sense of heritage.
