Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a pale straw color with bright reflections. The nose is clean and lifted, with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and a distinct flinty, saline minerality that is so characteristic of Chablis. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with vibrant acidity, subtle orchard fruit, and a linear, mineral-driven finish. The 2018 vintage brings a little more roundness and generosity than a cooler year, while still keeping the wine’s signature tension and elegance. It can be enjoyed now for its clarity and freshness, though it should also hold well for several years.

Production
Made from Chardonnay grown in the Chablis appellation of Bourgogne, this wine reflects the region’s renowned limestone and Kimmeridgian marl soils, which contribute to its distinctive minerality. Harvesting and vinification are handled with the aim of preserving freshness and purity of fruit, with careful cellar work to maintain the wine’s crisp, focused style.

Food & Serving
This Chablis is a natural match for oysters, shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, roast chicken, and goat’s cheese. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is generally no need for decanting unless you want to let it open slightly in the glass.
