Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright, pale gold color with subtle green reflections in youth. The nose is layered and restrained at first, then opens to citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, crushed stone, and saline, smoky notes that reflect the limestone-rich terroir. On the palate, expect a taut, concentrated wine with exceptional tension, showcasing lemon zest, orchard fruit, chalky minerality, and a long, linear finish.
