Production
The grapes are destemmed before being pressed directly, a gentle approach that helps preserve the wine’s bright colour and fresh fruit profile. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by maturation in stainless-steel tanks to maintain the wine’s freshness, clean character and aromatic intensity.
