Production
The wine is fully grown, harvested, produced and bottled in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the Ventoux area of Provence. The grapes are gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation, a careful approach that preserves their fresh aromas and vibrant fruit character. The grape variety is not specified.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This versatile rosé is a natural match for Provençal dishes, salads, grilled fish, seafood, light poultry dishes and Mediterranean vegetables. Decanting is not recommended; simply chill and serve shortly after opening.

The three Mr. Christophe AOP Ventoux wines are made locally in Vaison-la-Romaine, giving the range a clear connection to the vineyards and winemaking traditions at the foot of Mont Ventoux.
