Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful garnet hue with a brick-toned rim, already hinting at graceful development. The nose is open and expressive, with floral notes of rose petals unfolding into fresh red cherries and increasing aromatic intensity. On the palate, it is layered and persistent, with a complex mix of red berries, dried flowers, leather, and spice. The wine is approachable in its youth, yet its structure suggests excellent aging potential, gaining further nuance and harmony over time.

Production
The grapes come from selected parcels within the Bricco Boschis cru—Colle Sud Ovest, Punta Marcello, and San Giuseppe—an exceptional hillside site directly surrounding the estate. The wine is matured for 36 months in a careful mix of large oak casks ranging from 20 to 100 hectolitres, allowing the terroir and Nebbiolo’s natural character to remain at the forefront while adding subtle depth and balance.

Food & Serving
A perfect match for rich Piedmontese dishes, truffle risotto, braised beef, game, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and if opened young, consider decanting for 1–2 hours to help the wine fully раскрывать its aromatic complexity and structure.
