Production
The grapes come from selected rows in Parcel 1 of Adrianna Vineyard in Gualtallary, Tupungato, at nearly 5,000 feet above sea level, where extreme altitude, cool nights, and intense sunlight shape a slow, even ripening cycle. The soil is notably covered with limestone and calcareous deposits, along with fossilized animal bones left by an ancient river, which inspired the wine’s name and contributes to its singular mineral expression. Careful vineyard selection and precise vinification are central to preserving the site’s purity and detail.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile but decidedly premium Chardonnay that pairs beautifully with roast chicken, lobster, scallops, turbot, creamy pasta dishes, and mushroom risotto. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting only if the wine seems especially reserved on opening, though it is generally best enjoyed from a white wine glass that allows its aromatics to unfold.
