Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections, signalling freshness and youth. The nose is open and fruity, with notes of pear, green apple, and a subtle floral touch that adds lift and charm. On the palate, the wine is dry, juicy, and harmonious, with clean fruit, a soft texture, and refreshing, well-integrated acidity. A short period of lees contact and ageing in stainless steel help preserve its crisp, focused character, while the finish is lightly mineral, fresh, and pleasantly rounded. Best enjoyed young for maximum brightness and immediate appeal.

Produced in Alto Adige, where cool alpine influences and well-drained vineyard sites give wines their crispness, aromatic purity, and natural freshness. The grapes are harvested with care to preserve delicate fruit expression, then vinified in stainless steel with brief contact on the lees to enhance texture without adding weight, resulting in a clean and precise style.

Food & Serving
Ideal with light starters, salads, seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, and vegetable-based dishes, as well as mild cheeses or simple pasta dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
