Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shines with a pale lemon hue and subtle green reflections, immediately signaling freshness. The nose is generous and aromatic, with white peach, pear juice, spring flowers, elderflower, acacia, freshly baked bread, and a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with fine, soft bubbles and a razor-sharp acidity that keeps everything focused and refreshing. The finish is dry and clean, with a subtle creamy texture from lees aging. While wonderfully approachable now, it has the structure to remain enjoyable over the next couple of years, especially for those who appreciate a more bracing style of Prosecco.

Production
The wine comes from a single vineyard in Possagno, in the Treviso province, where the Glera vines are grown organically and harvested by hand in late September to early October. The grapes are transported in small crates to preserve their condition, then carefully sorted and chilled to 8°C to lock in freshness before pressing. A short 3–5 hour maceration helps extract aromatic intensity, and the second fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled pressure tanks, followed by 9 months on the lees with daily bâtonnage for added texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
This is an ideal match for crisp summer dishes, especially seafood, white fish, shellfish, and vegetable-based plates. Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C, and there is no need to decant.
